Isabela cares for displaced factory workers

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: The 195 factory workers of an illegal cigarette factory recently shutdown by authorities were endorsed to the Naguilian municipal government.

Officials under the office of Mayor Juan Capuchino said they were surprised that there was a cigarette factory in Barangay Palattao in Naguilian when in fact it was registered as a rice mill under the name “Lucky J 888 Rice Mill Corporation.”
