The Bureau of Immigration (BI) launched on Monday an appointment system for clients following the government’s decision to place Metro Manila and other areas of the country under General Community Quarantine (GCQ).
Commissioner Jaime Morente said the bureau decided to adapt the online appointment system at its main office in Intramuros, Manila as part of protocols for the “new normal.”
