SOLICITOR General Jose Calida has given his commitment to attend the hearing on the ABS-CBN Corp. franchise bills on Monday.
Calida confirmed, in a text message to The Manila Times, that he would be present in the joint hearing of the House Committee on Legislative Franchises and Committee on Good Government.
