SENATE President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto has sought funding for projects that will close the huge “digital deficit” to make internet use more affordable and accessible.
Recto made the appeal on Sunday as more Filipinos shift to electronic transactions amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
