THE government has allowed dine-in operations of food establishments in areas under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) provided they comply with strict health protocols, Malacañang announced on Tuesday.

In a virtual press briefing, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases made the approval following the meeting on Monday.
