A total of 155 barangay (village) officials are under investigation for alleged involvement in irregularities in the distribution of the social amelioration program (SAP), Interior Secretary Eduardo Año said.
In a televised meeting with President Rodrigo Duterte aired on Friday, Año said the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) continued to look into complaints filed against village officials for SAP pay-out irregularities.
