A group of Philippine evangelical Christian churches urged President Rodrigo Duterte to veto the controversial anti-terrorism measure, which passed Congress and awaits his signature.

In a statement on Friday, the Philippine Council for Evangelical Churches (PCEC) expressed its “utmost concern” on the bill.
