Fe Carandang, 70, a bicycle shop owner, gives Carlos Samonte, a candy and cigarette vendor, his own two-wheels, to help him get around. The 87-year-old walks from his home in Nichols, Pasay to Makati City and would always pass by Carandang’s bike store to ask if they could sell him a mini-mountain bike.
