With the passage of the Anti-Terrorism bill looming, Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman has made a last-minute appeal to Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano to hold off signing the measure.
House Bill (HB) 6875 or “An Act to Prevent, Prohibit and Penalize Terrorism,” was approved by the House on Wednesday.
