FEU increases ACS to 50M common shares

Far Eastern University Inc. (FEU) described itself as a parent company in a general information sheet (GIS). It has FERN Realty Corp., East Asia Computer Center Inc., Far Eastern College-Silang Inc., FEU High School, FEU Alabang Inc. and Roosevelt College Inc. either as subsidiaries or affiliates.

As a group of schools, FEU has 20 million authorized capital stock (ACS). Of this, 16,477,023 outstanding common shares, or 82.385 percent of the ACS, were paid by 1,511 Filipino and foreigner stockholders, according to the GIS.
