THE Department of Finance is investigating the alleged resumption of operations of some offshore gaming firms even if they have yet to settle their tax liabilities.
“We are conducting investigations of those allegations. It's probably true,” Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd said during the Kapihan sa Manila Bay forum on Wednesday.
