Andrew Tan-led Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI) saw its first quarter net income fall by 39 percent to P4 billion from P6.5 billion in the same period last year.
Its consolidated revenues also declined to P38 billion, 7-percent weaker than the P41 billion it posted last year.
