Drivers and operators of traditional jeepneys who have been displaced for almost four months may finally receive the guidelines for the resumption of their operations this week.
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board said on Wednesday that it was finalizing the memorandum circular that would allow old jeepneys to service commuters.
