CAGAYAN DE ORO: Provincial Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano of Misamis Oriental on Saturday described the court order suspending the disbursement of the province’s 2020 budget as “anti-people” and “ill-advised.”
Emano expressed dismay and fear that the delivery of basic services is endangered, following a court order restraining the provincial government from disbursing the 2020 budget effective July 6.
