The local bourse opened the week in the red as the rise in coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases dimmed investors’ sentiment.
The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) shed 0.69 percent, or 44.25 points, to finish at 6,328.41 while wider All Shares lost 0.42 percent, or 15.76 points, to 3,702.17 on Monday.
