THE country’s money supply increased in May amid the slower expansion in bank lending, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reported on Tuesday.
In a statement, the central bank said domestic liquidity (M3) grew by 16.6 percent year-on-year to P13.7 trillion in May, quicker than the 16.2 percent in April.
