THE Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday ordered Malacañang to explain the legal issues raised against the Anti-Terrorism Law .
The order to the Executive Department comes after several groups and individuals challenged the constitutionality of Republic Act 11479 or the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 before the high court, according to well-placed sources of the Manila Times.
