PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte accused Rappler head Maria Ressa of being a "fraud", threatening the veteran journalist that she would get a taste of her own medicine "one of these days."
In a taped public address aired on state-run PTV-4 early Wednesday, Duterte said he had been receiving folders of information and would expose Ressa someday as a "fraud."
