THE Makati City government shut down a Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) firm for not having a business permit and for violating community quarantine protocols.

On Monday night, Makati police arrested 50 Chinese and a Burmese who were illegally operating in a POGO firm at J. Victor St., Barangay Pio del Pilar.
