The Western Conference of the Association will essentially be a Battle of LA, as crosstown rivals the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers are obviously without peer and the favorites to meet in the conference finals when the 2019-2020 season restarts in the Orlando bubble at month’s end.
But that’s not to discount the chances of the six other playoff teams as both LA teams are only an injury—or God forbid a Covid-19 positive test—away from tumbling down their lofty perch.
