Listed BDO Unibank Inc. (BDO) has raised $600 million in fresh funds from its latest issuance of US dollar-denominated notes.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, the Sy-led banking giant said the amount generated from the fixed-rate senior notes was oversubscribed, with orders reaching $2.9 billion — almost five times the offered amount.
