THE National Task Force (NTF) has allowed backriding on motorcycles nationwide for couples starting on Friday, Interior Secretary Eduardo Año said on Thursday.
"Yes simula bukas ay papayagan na natin yung backriding para sa mga couple [Yes, starting tomorrow, we will allow the backriding for couples]," Año said in a radio interview.
