YES, unprecedented, as the Sudanese Prime Minister Dr. Abdalla Hamdok said, full of joy and optimism. It was really unprecedented to have more than 50 prominent world leaders, persons and institutions stay for almost four hours before the screens at the Sudan Partnership Conference on June 25, hosted by Berlin, Germany, with the United Nations and the European Union as co-hosts. It is really unusual to have such characters together at one time in a virtual conference waiting for their turn to deliver their statements.
