BACOOR CITY, Cavite: A video of a tahong (mussels) vendor from Talaba 2 here went viral on social media after he returned a backpack containing a manager’s check for P15 million to its rightful owner.
Marlon Tanael, who is regularly seen beside his stall full of mussels, found the gray Lenovo backpack next to his seat around 1 p.m. onFriday, July 1.
