PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte's administration does not employ social media trolls to attack media network ABS-CBN, the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) said.
The PCOO issued its statement after a screenshot of a supposed "DDS Solid" chat group circulated online featuring a conversation between a pro-Duterte blogger Rey Joseph "RJ" Nieto, also known as "Thinking Pinoy (TP)", and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Deputy Administrator Esther Margaux "Mocha" Uson.
