THE Philippines needs to offer incentives to promote the use of electric vehicles (EVs) in the country, the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) said recently.
“[The] Philippines needs to be more aggressive should it intend to get a fair share of the pie in the future. The right policies and incentives need to be introduced now,” EVAP President Edmund Araga said in a webinar organized by the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Inc. on Tuesday.
