ANOTHER high-profile inmate at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City, died from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) said on Saturday.
In a phone interview, VACC President Arsenio “Boy” Evangelista said the information that Raymond Dominguez, convicted car theft syndicate leader, succumbed to the disease came from a former justice secretary whom he did not identify.
