CALOOCAN City’s Barangay 95 and 97 were placed under total lockdown because of a spike in coronavirus cases.

The two villages in the city’s District 2 will be tightly guarded by policemen and local safety officers, Mayor Oscar ‘Oca’ Malapitan said on Sunday.
