PRESIDENTIAL Spokesman Harry Roque confirmed that President Rodrigo Duterte will deliver his 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasang Pambansa Compex in Quezon City.
At least seven people who were set to attend Duterte's SONA tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), including Surigao del Sur 2nd District Rep. Johnny Pimentel.
