PROPOSED changes to the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) charter, namely the age cap on top positions as well as the abolition of the chairman position and retention of the immediate past president post (IPP), ground to halt in the special executive board meeting on Friday morning.

“Since we could not come to an agreement, the constitution stays as is,” said POC President Abraham Tolentino.
