SENATE Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri again tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), preventing him from attending President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasan Pambansa complex on Monday.
Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, who was part of the 8-man Senate contingent to the SONA, opted to go on self-quarantine after being exposed to Zubiri.
