PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte gave the two telecommunications firms until December to improve their services as he warned that the Filipinos were "reaching their limit" and vowed to work out his last two years in office improving telecommunications in the country "even without them".
"Kindly improve the services before December" Duterte told Smart Communications and Globe Telecommunications during his 5th State of the Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City on Monday, adding, "I will call Jesus Christ in Bethlehem."
