Listed Megaworld Corp. said it had sold out its first upscale residential village in Cavite province, raking in P3 billion in sales.
In a disclosure on Monday, the Andrew Tan-led property company said the 18-hectare Arden Botanical Village in Trece Martires City generated sales of P3 billion almost seven months after its launch.
