AN affiliate of AC Energy Inc. now owns a 20-percent stake in an energy company listed on Australia’s stock exchange, Ayala Corp. said on Wednesday.
In a disclosure, the Ayala-led conglomerate said UAC Energy Holdings Pty. Ltd., the investment holding company owned by AC Energy and the UPC Renewables Group, raised its stake in Infigen Energy Ltd. to that figure after acquiring an additional 6.2 percent of the latter’s outstanding shares.
