MOST parents preferred the modular learning system as an alternative to inperson classes this school year 2020-2021, the Department of Education (DepEd) said Thursday.

President Rodrigo Duterte is not allowing face-to-face classes until January 2021, so DepEd will be implementing blended/distance learning, which combines printed and offline digital modules, online, and TV and radio-based instruction when classes start on August 24.
