TROPICAL depression “Dindo” was spotted 805 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan past 8 p.m. on Friday with maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.

In a 5 a.m. bulletin on Saturday, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Samuel Duran said Dindo was moving northwestward at 15 kph and was not expected to make landfall in the province.
