The country’s headline inflation rate likely stayed at 2.5 percent in July as low demand partially offset the slight increase in fuel prices.
Projections for the month ranged from 2.5 to 2.6 percent with a 2.5-percent average, same as July’s rate but slightly higher than the 2.4 percent posted a year ago.
