With the passing of Eduardo M. Cojuangco Jr. last June 16, San Miguel Corp. ended up without a chief executive officer. As a matter of fact, the company must complete as soon as possible its 15-man board because it has no chairman, who was at the same time topped SMC’s list as an executive.

Will Ramon S. Ang, who is the vice chairman, take over the chairmanship of the board? He is also the president and chief operating officer.
