CAVITE Gov. Juanito Victor Remulla Jr. announced that the provincial government had allocated some P400 million for the construction of an educational digital network in the next five years.

“Cavite would be investing over P400 million a year for five years to set up a virtual private network (VPN) to serve an approximately 650,000 students in the province and would involve setting up 5,000 access points across 829 villages to reach 400,000 homes,” he shared on his social media account on August 1.
