THE Senate Committee of the Whole (CoW) has started investigating alleged "rampant corruption" at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
Senate President Vicente Sotto 3rd said the inquiry that opened on Tuesday will look into allegations of "rampant corruption, irregularities as well as inefficiencies.”
