PHILIPPINE Superliga (PSL) Chairman Philip Ella Juico cautioned league members on Tuesday to secure permission first with the eight teams’ respective local government units (LGUs) before proceeding with training and conditioning sessions after modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) restrictions ease.

“Paano makakatuloy, eh, may MECQ ngayon (How can we proceed with training when we are under MECQ)? That [training] was based on GCQ (general community quarantine) conditions,” Juico told The Manila Times on Tuesday in a phone interview.
