DOHA: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry is puzzled over Saudi Arabia’s attempt to appeal the World Trade Organization (WTO) panel’s report.
The panel unanimously found that Saudi Arabia had breached its obligations under the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Trips Agreement).
