PHNOM PENH: Cambodian movies theaters will officially be allowed to reopen starting Sunday after months of closure due to Covid-19 distancing restrictions.

Cinemas have been closed since March, with some of Cambodia’s biggest movie theatres such as Legend Cinema and Major Cineplex stopped in their tracks. The government ordered KTV entertainment establishments and movie theaters across the country to be shut in March to curb the virus pandemic.
