CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela: Two men will face charges for illegal possession of firearms after they yielded four guns and assorted ammunition in Quezon and Tumauini towns on Friday.
Col. James Cipriano, Isabela Police director, identified the arrested men as farmer Harold Nicolas, 44, of Sitio Namnama in Santos, Quezon town, and mechanic Ferdinand Ambre, 61, of Lanna in Tumauini, both from Isabela.
