CITY OF MALOLOS: Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando has ordered the lockdown or one-week temporary closure of the main building of the provincial government from August 10 to 14 after the test results of three of its employees turned out positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

The lockdown will give way to the disinfection of the offices in the building as well thorough contact tracing and swab testing of those who have been exposed to the infected employees in an effort to break the chain of disease transmission.
