SENATE Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri said Finance Undersecretary Karl Chua is his top choice to efficiently run the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) amid the corruption scandal that has rocked the agency.
The senator made the remark when asked who must replace PhilHealth President and Chief Executive Officer Ricardo Morales should he resign or be removed by President Rodrigo Duterte.
