THE Presidential Security Group (PSG) will allow President Rodrigo Duterte to be inoculated with a vaccine against the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) developed by Russia "as long as it was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health (DoH)".
PSG chief Jesus Durante issued the statement after Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said that while the President was willing to be the "guinea pig" for the vaccine, it would still depend on the approval of his security team.
