THE Anti Money Laundering Council (AMLC) must unmask the owner of the bank account of the B. Braun Avitum dialysis center, which was able to get P45 million in claims from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
Sen. Panfilo Lacson stressed this on Wednesday as he deplored the apparent "favoritism" being employed by PhilHealth officials in choosing which health care institutions (HCIs) must receive funding for the treatment of patients afflicted with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
