Five months since the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic struck the country, Filipinos have selflessly demonstrated the bayanihan spirit to help less fortunate countrymen. However, because there is always one more group, one more cause or one more community in need of help, it is no surprise if donor fatigue is quickly seeping through generous hearts and pockets as these words are being read.

As the phrase clearly expresses, donor fatigue happens when patrons who are always ready to give have already done so much too often that the willingness to do more good understandably wanes.
