CEBUANA actress and independent filmmaker Maria Victoria Beltran was arrested on Wednesday morning for a cyberlibel case by the Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit in Central Visayas (RACU-7).
Based on the warrant issued on July 21 by Judge Ramon Daomilas of the Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 11, Beltran violated the Cyber Crime Prevention Act of 2012.
